Emory University Archives Records Transfer
About Electronic Submissions
This submission system allows you to securely upload and transfer digital files to Emory Libraries so we can preserve them as an essential part of our research collections. For more information on Rose Library collections and collecting policies, visit the Rose Library website. For guidance on depositing institutional records in the Emory University Archives, see our web page Transferring Records to the Archives. If you have questions about what to upload through this website, speak with the curator or archivist who is coordinating your contribution.
This form is optimized for one-time submission of batches of files and might time out if you step away between uploads. Please gather and prepare your files in advance and plan to upload all of them in a single session. For technical support using this submission system, contact Rose Library's Head of Digital Archives or Emory Libraries' Digital Preservation Program Manager.
